SOCIETY PACKAGES

Available for any number of guests.

BOOKING FEE

An initial fee of £100.00 is required with submission of your written booking. This will be deducted from your final bill.

PAYMENTS

Please settle the balance of your account on arrival at the club.

CATERING

For catering purposes, (and golf tee allocation times) your exact numbers are required 48 hours prior to your event. A 50% catering surcharge will be made if numbers decrease after this time. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when confirming final numbers.

DRESS REQUIREMENTS

Golf attire must be worn on the 18 hole course. Smart casual dress is required in the clubhouse. Recognised golf shoes must be worn on the course, but are not permitted in either the Bar or Restaurant areas.  Shorts are permitted but they must be clean and smart. Absolutely no trainers, jeans, T-shirts without collars, tracksuits, beach or football shorts. It is not necessary to change for dinner, any requirement for this is at your discretion.

WE ASK ORGANISERS TO ENSURE THEIR SOCIETY IS MADE AWARE OF THE DRESS CODE AND THAT OUR STAFF ARE INSTRUCTED TO REFUSE PLAY ON THE COURSE OR ENTRY INTO THE CLUB FOR ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERED TO BE IMPROPERLY DRESSED.

COURSE RULES

Please advise your members to observe general Golf etiquette especially avoiding slow play.
(eg. Keep up with the game in front, not just ahead of the game behind).
